• The biggest benefit of this is suppose the current rate of 1 night is `5000/- then the investor gets the stay excluding food charges at `900/- only so then saving is of `4100/.
• The nights if utilise then those get deducted from the principle amount of the investor and the maturity value also get reduce due to utilisation of the nights. For.e.g. For 6.3yr scheme one has invested minimum `2800/- and use 2 nights stay in any of the group hotels then the maturity amount will be `1800/- instead of `5400/-.

Smartphone Hacking Easy Way

Hello Techie,

From many days one thought was in my mind;the thought is rubbish but more interesting to look for.It's about data security of the smartphone.

I have Nokia E71.I have set a security key lock for the phone.Also I have my memory card password protected.Today I was very excited to try this out to check the result.

 

The above images showing my Nokia E71 connected via Bluetooth to my System.The memory card is password protected & the phone is also locked.

Now to see if i can access the memory card I clicked on the device name and allowed to access the memory card though it is password protected.

In the above image it is clearly seen that I was allowed to access the memory card.The total items on the memory card can also be seen.

 Now the real game begains...

Now note the total items in my memory card.Also the newly copied file can be seen.

And the result is as expected by me.If the phone's Bluetooth is mistakenly switch on & anybody pick your phone then the sensitive data which are there on your phone or memory card can be copied to other devices very easily.

Also the temporary user of the phone can transfer any files to your device.

I have just checked this on my Nokia E71.So those who like to save critical data on the memory card or phone memory please take care after reading this.

HASSLE FREE TRANSFER OF MONEY FROM MOBILE FREE OF COST

Interbank Mobile Payment Service (IMPS)

Currently majority of interbank mobile fund transfer transactions are channelised through NEFT mechanism. Under NEFT, the transactions are processed and settled in batches, hence are not real time. Also, the transactions can be done only during the working hours of the RTGS system.

IMPS offers an instant, 24X7, interbank electronic fund transfer service through mobile phones. IMPS facilitate customers to use mobile instruments as a channel for accessing their bank accounts and put high interbank fund transfers in a secured manner with immediate confirmation features.

Objectives of IMPS

• To enable bank customers to use mobile instruments as a channel for accessing their banks accounts and remit funds.
• Making payment simpler just with the mobile number of the beneficiary.
• To sub-serve the goal of Reserve Bank of India (RBI)  in electronification of retail payments.
• To facilitate mobile payment systems already introduced in India with the Reserve Bank of India Mobile Payment Guidelines 2008 to be inter-operable across banks and mobile operators in a safe and secured manner.
• To build the foundation for a full range of mobile based Banking services.

Pre-Requisites for Mobile Banking through IMPS

Registration for Remitter:

• Register yourself for mobile banking service with bank.
• Get Mobile Money Identifier (MMID) and MPIN from the bank.
• Download Software (Application) for mobile banking (ensure the compatibility of mobile with the application) or use the SMS facility in your mobile if your bank provides IMPS on SMS.

Registration for Beneficiary:

• Link your mobile number to the account in the respective bank. No need to register for mobile banking service.
• Get Mobile Money Identifier (MMID) from the bank.

For Remitter (To send money):

• Login to the application and select the IMPS menu from the IMPS or use the SMS facility in your mobile if your bank provides IMPS on SMS.
• Get Beneficiary Mobile number and MMID.
• Enter Beneficiary Mobile number, beneficiary MMID, Amount and your MPIN to send.
• Await confirmation SMS for the debit in your account and credit in beneficiary account.
• Note the transaction reference number for any future query.

For Beneficiary (To receive money):

• Share your Mobile number and MMID with the remitter.
• Ask the remitter to send money using your Mobile number and MMID.
• Check the confirmation SMS for credit to your account from the remitter.
• Note the transaction reference number for any future query.

The CREATE DATABASE statement failed. The primary file must be at least 3 MB to accommodate a copy of the model database.

Today is another exciting day for me has issue was faced by me in SQL SERVER 2008 while attaching the database.I won't be able to attached the database and got the following error..

The CREATE DATABASE statement failed. The primary file must be at least 3 MB to accommodate a copy of the model database.

Figure 1 shows the error while attaching the database.

I searched Google for the error & got the solution from the following link.

On the server where this fails, verify the size of the Model database. It has inadvertently become larger than expected.

All newly created databases use the Model database as a 'template'. The new databases will start out no smaller than the Model database. As this message indicates, since the Model database is about 3 MB in size, you MUST have a minimum size of 3 MB.

 Figure 2 shows the cause of the error.Model Database Size is 3 MB so it is not allowing the create a database with lesser size than this.

Figure 3 shows the attributes SIZE in which the size is mentioned.This attribute is not necessary but use then must check that it should not be less in the size of the Model database. In the figure 3 I change the size as 3 MB.

In Figure 4, we can see the database is created successfully after specifying the size as 3 MB.

In Figure 5, I removed the SIZE attribute and fire the query & here also database is created successfully.In Figure 5, we can see that if the SIZE attribute is not specified then their is no error.

As per the discussion mentioned on the above link I tried the things & it worked for me so giving the entire issues for future use.

NEW WAY TO INSTALLING OPERATING SYSTEM-USB BOOT

Many Days I was facing problems while installing operating systems on non-optical drive machine.I tried many things to install required operating system on a particular system but not able to install.Then finally I decided to boot the machine from the most popular method nowadays i.e. USB BOOT.

Part 1:

But the one tool I know which is Hiren Boot CD.This tool is use to repair the harddisk of a particular system.It has many options which can be use as per the requirement of the user.One can also experiments various tasks using this utility.

After downloading this utility anybody can use the features of these utility as per requirement.

Now the first thing is completed.Next comes the actual Operating System Boot from the USB on the particular system.For this another utility is require which i tried a few days back and it worked fine for me to install Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition SP2 on my system.

Using this utility the require operating system setup can be transfer on the USB drive from which the system has to boot.Be sure to change the BIOS setting of the particular system to allow the USB boot.

How to Replace value True with value Present in Sql Server

Uninstall and Remove Multiple Database Instances of Microsoft SQL Server 2005

When database system

administrator installs Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and creates a few database engine instances, there will be problem and hard time to remove and uninstall these multiple database instance components and the corresponding SQL Server services. When users try to uninstall Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or remove database instance components using Add and Remove Programs or Uninstall or change a programs (Vista) in Control Panel

, only one SQL Server 2005 database engine can be selected. After uninstallation has completed, when users attempt to run the SQL Server 2K5 Uninstall to completely clean remove any other instances or components, the action will fail with error message saying the uninstaller shortcut entry is invalid and asked if you want to remove the link.

When you run Add and Remove Programs or Programs and Features (for Windows Vista) in Control Panel, it actually executes the ARPWrapper.exe program that is installed by Microsoft SQL Server Setup Support Files component by using the /Remove option. However, when ARPWrapper.exe completes its removal task, the program also uninstall Microsoft SQL Server Setup Support Files component and hence removes itself or deletes the reference to the ARPWrapper.exe program. This is the cause that prevents administrators to run the uninstaller again to remove database instances or uninstall SQL Server 2005.
The resolution to remove multiple database engine instances from Microsoft SQL Server 2005 is to install

ARPWrapper.exe again after removing each components. The following guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to uninstall stand-alone or multiple instance of SQL Server 2005 manually.

1. Login to the server with an administrator user account, or SQL Server 2005 service account.
2. Stop all active SQL Server services in Services applet in Control Panel as any active connections may prevent the uninstallation process from finishing successfully.
3. Go to Control Panel and then Add or Remove Programs applet.
4. Search and verify that Microsoft SQL Server Setup Support Files appears in the list of installed programs. If it’s found, proceed to next step. If Microsoft SQL Server Setup Support Files component is not listed as one of the installed program, install the component by running sqlsupport.msi file locates in Servers\setup\ folder of the original SQL Server 2005 installation
   
   media, or disc, folder and USB flash drive
   
   that contains SQL Server 2005 setup files.
5. Open command prompt (in Vista, use command prompt with administrator rights), and run the following command to uninstall the SQL Server components: %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Setup Bootstrap\ARPWrapper.exe /Remove
6. Uninstall the SQL Server instance components such as database engine one at a time.
7. Once the removal completes, repeat all of the above steps again until all the SQL Server components are uninstalled.
8. Finally, uninstall the Microsoft SQL Server Setup Support Files component by using Add or Remove Programs (It should has been removed, but double check to ensure that).

Running Multiple Instances of Google Talk (GTalk Polygamy) and Login as MultiUsers

Other than Windows Live (MSN) Messenger and Yahoo! Messenger, users of GoogleTalk (GTalk) can also let Google Talk go to polygamy, that’s running multiple instances of Google Talk and login to multiple Google accounts on GoogleTalk. The polygamy trick can be done without any crack, patch or hack, with just a simple command line parameter or switch (/nomutex) appended to the Google Talk shortcut.

Ability to polygamy running multiple Google Talk is useful if users have multiple Google Talk accounts (or Google or Gmail accounts that used to login to GTalk) or multiple profiles or personalities and don’t want to log on and off from one account to another account every time when want to switch or want to log in to all accounts at the same time on the same computer.

You can add the /nomutex switch or parameter to existing Google Talk shortcut, or create a new shortcut with the /nomutex command line parameter.

To edit existing Google Talk shortcut:

   1. Right click on the Google Talk shortcut.
   2. On the right click contextual menu, click on Properties.
   3. Go to Shortcut tab on Google Talk Properties window.
   4. On the Target textbox, add in the /nomutex to the end of the line so that it looks like below
      (or you can    simply copy and paste the below syntax and replace the original).

      “c:\program files\google\google talk\googletalk.exe” /nomutex

   5. Click on OK.

To create a new shortcut for Google Talk:

   1. Right-click on the desktop or anywhere you want to place the GTalk shortcut.
   2. Select New on the right click context menu.
   3. Then select Shortcut.
   4. Copy and paste the following line to the text box when prompted to type the location of the item:

      “c:\program files\google\google talk\googletalk.exe” /nomutex
   5. Click on Next.
   6. Give the shortcut a proper name such as Google Talk or Google Talk Multiple or Google Talk
       Polygamy.
   7. Click OK until you are done.

If you have hex editor, you can act like a hacker and modify the bits in Google Talk program so that it will always allow multiple instances of GTalk to be launched whether the /nomutex switch is specified or not.

Launch hex editor and open googletalk.exe, then search for the following

patterns in the hex editor:
